Too Many Hearts (the Ware)

Objects of delight: Chunky metal hearts, one glass heart, a black ribbon, a gold key, a pewter rabbit that holds lip balm, and a tiny orange-and-pink tassel.
The supper-club argument: Nobody will admit to adding the rabbit. Everybody has used the lip balm.
This Ware came out of the box already heavy with hearts, which Lurleen called “a lot of feelings for one neck.” Then the Necks kept adding to it. Fourteen wearers later, it’s the only Ware with its own lip balm.
